  Norovirus is the most common contagious virus. This virus can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. These symptoms might be the same as the stomach flu, but their cause of infection is different. But there is no vaccine for this norovirus, but the infection runs its course in less than 3 days of infection.   Cholera is generally described as a bacterial disease which usually spreads through contaminated water. Cholera disease causes severe forms of diarrhea and dehydration. If you leave it untreated, these cholera  diseases can be fatal within hours even though they are healthy.
