of physical exercises and healthy weight provide health benefits. To summarize
these impacts, many of us, modern lifestyle and stress which causes physical
and mental wellness. So it has become more Important to understand the
relationship and maintain the right balance between health and lifestyle.

modern lifestyle health condition causing the neck pain. It is caused by over
stress on repeated manners and pain in the neck because of extreme watching or
using handheld devices like mobile phones, gaming gadgets, tabs, and more, over
a sustained duration.
Prevention
To prevent
neck pain, you must use the cellphones to your eye level. Don’t put it down
while using it. Then monitor the screen of your laptop or desktop also in your
eye level not in down. So that your head continuously drops down and causes
some muscle strains. Straighten your posture. To revert the muscle strain,
stretch your neck and upper back backward, put your shoulders into alignment
under your ears.
2. Bronchial diseases
If you
inhale polluted air, it will damage your respiratory system. And it will also
lead to whole lung disorders. Bronchial diseases are mainly caused due to a lot
of pollution and exposure to toxic substances to micro-particles in the air.
Even smoking or hookah can trigger an asthma attack. So, it will enter your body through the respiratory system, causing lung and cardiovascular issues.

and burning or red eyes.

- You must Keep blinking your eyes every 20 minutes. And focus your eyes about 20 seconds and 20 feet away from your position.

- You must Position the computer screen to reduce reflections and overhead lights. Keep the monitor 20 inches away from you. It should be at your eye level.

4.Hearing loss
It is most
common among youngsters to listen to music and watch movies. While using
headphones, it distracts you from surroundings and hearing music in loud volume
continuously, it will damage your ears permanently also.
Infections
caused due to use og uncleaned earbuds in young ages may lead to loss hearing
senses in adults.

- Turn on your volume system just enough of your hearing sense comfortably and no higher.
- Listen to music at 60% of maximum volume to prevent future problems.

huge weight or obesity is mainly caused by unhealthy eating habits. And eating
more processed or fast foods are increasing your fats.
If you do
not eat fruits, vegetables or drink too much alcohol or more container foods
and lack of physical activity and smoking are the chances of gaining weight.
Obesity and
lack of sleep is the main reason to get many health problems like diabetes,
cholesterol and cardio-vascular disorders.

- You must follow a proper health diet plan including low calorie foods such as fruits and vegetables and whole grains.
- You must avoid saturated food and limit eating sweets and alcohol.

6. Heart disease

diseases are caused due to high cholesterol and triglycerides and eating
processed and junk foods, smoking and alcohol with lack of physical activities.

caused due to eating more packaged foods and high sugary bottle drinks.

want to try a new style of footwear which causes deformities.

well as wrong position of wrist while using mouse and keyboard.
