During the pregnancy, every woman faces a lot of changes in her body. Pregnancy hormones or pressure of the body or some kind of mental stress and negativity around her could be the reason for the mental illness during the pregnancy. Share your feelings

Whatever may be the reason for your worries do not keep it inside. Instead, share your feelings with your loved ones. Take time and talk to others, share your thoughts. This itself can help to bring it back to normal.

Breathing exercises

Doing breathing exercises helps you to stay calm and relax your mind. By taking a deep breath there will be proper blood flowing through all parts of the body. This will keep you active.

Yoga


Doing yoga during pregnancy will surely help to keep you calm and get rid of stress.
Yoga and meditation help to relax your body and mind. This can bring back you to normal. Doing yoga during pregnancy can also help to flex your muscles, relieves body and back pain. Most of them will have a great fear of delivering the baby. Doing yoga and pelvic floor exercises can make your labour easy.

Listen to soft music



Usually, pregnant women suffer from sleepless nights this is due to the baby will be more active in the nighttime. The mother feels more kicks and this disturbs the sleep. By listening to soft music your mind gets relaxed and your baby also feels comfortable by hearing the music. This brings positivity and a happy mood for both mother and the baby.

Physically active

Being physically active is more important during pregnancy. When you are active you won’t think more about unnecessary things. Being active helps to stay away from depression. Daily 30 – 45 minutes of walking will be more effective during pregnancy to stay active. This also helps to have good sleep at night.

Medications

There are medicines available to get rid of your mental illness and get back to normal. Get a doctor consultation to have counselling and then proceed with medications.
